An application is required for all Seasonal and Annual sites.The entire application requires a credit check, background check, employment verification and a rent / mortgage verification.
Applicants must be 21 years or older !There is an application fee of $40.00 for married couples or for single with significant other applying on the same application. Additional names to be added to the license agreement will require a separate application for each person and $40.00 application fee. There is a maximum or 4 people allowed on a License Agreement.
Applications may take as much as three (3) weeks to process.
Lot Hold Fees: You may want to hold a specific lot while your application is being approved. This is a Lot hold Fee. The Lot Hold fee is $295.00 for Seasonal Sites and $299.00 for Annual Sites. Once approved, your Lot Hold fee will be applied toward your registration fee for Seasonal Sites or will become your security deposit for Annual Sites.
Lot Hold Fees will NOT be refunded after
3 days of submitting your application. If your application is NOT approved by us, your Lot Hold fee will be refunded to you. You must sign your License Agreement within
30 days of of your approval notice.
PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU ARE PURCHASING AN RV OR MANUFACTURED HOME ALREADY IN THE COMMUNITY, YOU MUST FIRST COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS BEFORE YOU FINALIZE THE PURCHASE OF THE RV OR MANUFACTURED HOME. NO EXCEPTIONS !

POOL Passes:You must complete and return the Pool Pass application in advance so that Pool Passes are ready for you to pickup at the office when you get to the office.
Each
site will receive two (2) FREE seasonal pool passes. Please include on the application all names of persons who
will be using the pool passes.
Children 6 and under are not required to have pool
passes.
All fees and charges (rents, late fees, court cost,
etc.) must be paid, in full, prior to you or any family member being
permitted to use the pool.
Further, any tenant with an arrears balance will not be permitted to
purchase any pool passes until the account is deemed current.
The pool passes can only be picked up by one of
the registered licensee/lease signers on the agreement after May 15, 2010. Driver’s license and authorized
signature is required to verify person picking up pool passes.
Please
complete the pool pass application in order for us to determine the correct
number of swimming pool passes for each family and bring into the TALL PINES,
office to pick up your pool passes.
No passes will be issued to anyone who is not a permanent/seasonal
resident of Tall Pines.
