Payment Schedule

$295 Reservation deposit due on or before October 15. Balance of season to be paid in six (6) payments starting January 1 through June 1.  New seasonal applicants are required to pay $295 deposit (with application) and rent through the month they are entering into a Lease Agreement. If  later than May 1st, rent is to be paid in full. A $20.00 GATE PASS DEPOSIT FOR 2 GATE CARDS IS DUE AT LEASE SIGNING.
Electric hookup is lessee's responsibility through Delaware Electric Coop.

Off Season Rates
November 1st. to March 31st.
All sites $30.00 per night
Water off from December 1st. (weather permitting) to March 31st.
Heated Bath House open year round.

All RV sites include Water and 50 amp electric, NO SEWER, Dump Station Available
All Tent Sites include Water and 30 amp Electric

Occupancy:  Included up to 4 people per site, $2.00 per person for extra people.

Additional Charges:  $2.00 per person for day guests, one extra tent allowed per site, $10.00 per night

Pool Use:  No charge for Registered campers up to 4 people.  $3.00 per person per day after 4 people.

Security Gate:  A $5.00 deposit will be required for each gate pass and will be returned to you at checkout on or before 12:00 Noon

Check-in at 2:00pm  Check-out at 12 Noon
Early check-in (9:00am to 2PM), Late check-out (up to 6:00pm) $2.00 per hour up to $7.50 MAX
Early / Late check-in, out subject to site availability, this is an extra charge.  Check-in prior to 9:00am will be charged for prior night.

RESERVATIONS: Two night Non-refundable deposit required for Non-Holiday reservations, 3 night Non-Refundable deposit required for Holiday reservations.

Deposits:  Can be made by check but must be received 30 days prior to reservation (no personal checks accepted at check-in), Money Order, Cashier Checks or Traveler's Checks, Visa or Mastercard.
